In-store, we have a selection of our Premium Ethiopian coffee that represents the exotic variety and the complexity of one of the top coffee origins in the world. The range comprises Arabica beans from the famous Ethiopian coffee-growing areas: Harar, Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, and Jimma. Aroma and taste from these regions will hence differ depending on the climate conditions, high-altitude levels, and traditional processing methods. The climate under which the Harar process thrives maintains the farming of Harar Coffee. As the beans are harvested a great distance away from full maturity, a rich taste is all that personalities want from the brewing process. Harar showcases fruity aromas with profound intoxicating character and complex layers of flavor sometimes with a spicy touch of warmth as others would describe over partial winey acidity. Therein lies the interesting confluence of flavor-not to mention its favored dark roast texture-making it a dark roast lover’s delight.
